How booking, pickup games, payments, and court listings work on HustlX Courts — the marketplace for finding and booking basketball and volleyball courts.
Open a court page from the Courts directory, pick an available time slot from the court calendar, then continue to booking. You will be asked to sign in and verify your email before confirming. The court owner reviews your request and you complete payment using one of the payment methods that court accepts.
No. Anyone can browse the public court directory, open court pages, and see locations, supported sports, hourly rates, and availability. You only need a free account to request a booking or join a pickup game.
Each court sets its own hourly rate, shown on the court page along with the minimum booking length. Your total is calculated from that rate and the length of the slot you select. Browsing and creating an account are free.
Some courts publish open pickup games — scheduled sessions you can join by reserving a seat. Open a court page to see its upcoming pickup slots, then join a slot to hold your seat. Each pickup slot has its own start time, seat limit, and per-seat price set by the host.
You pay the court owner directly using the payment methods that owner has assigned to the court, such as cash, bank transfer, GCash, or Maya. Some courts require payment upfront and ask you to upload a receipt; others accept payment on arrival.
Cancellation depends on each court. Owners set a cancellation cutoff, so cancellations are only possible up to a certain time before the slot. Check the court page and your booking details for the specific cutoff.
Court owners receive booking payments directly through the payment methods they assign to their court — such as GCash, bank transfer, or cash. HustlX Courts gives owners a calendar and a booking log to track requests and payment confirmations. Owners set their own hourly rates and choose which payment methods they accept.
Personal court owners list courts through court owner onboarding, add court details, rates, availability, accepted payment methods, and submit verification documents from My Courts. Organization courts are added from the organization courts area; organization admins provide the court details, rates, availability, and payment setup, then HustlX admins review the court before it can become publicly bookable.
