Courts & Venues Supplement

1. Who This Applies To

This supplement applies to anyone using HustlX Courts to list, manage, book, or join a court, venue, or pickup slot — including venue owners and operators, organization admins, organizers, and players or members who book or join sessions. It applies in addition to the main HustlX Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

HustlX Courts is a platform under the HustlX brand operated by HustlX Information Technology Solutions (“HustlX”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Platform Role and Venue Authority

HustlX provides software that helps venue owners, operators, and organizations list and coordinate court and pickup-slot availability. HustlX is not the venue owner, operator, employer, insurer, security provider, or guarantor of any listed facility. The venue owner or operator listing a facility represents that they have the authority to do so and to accept bookings on that facility.

3. Bookings, Holds, and Confirmation

When you submit a booking request, reserve a slot, or join a pickup slot, you commit to the date, time, duration, and any participant rules shown at the time of the request. Booking confirmation may be subject to venue verification, payment verification, minimum-participant rules, or other conditions described in the listing.

HustlX may show price information, deposit amounts, and venue payment instructions for coordination purposes. Acceptance, rescheduling, and final pricing remain with the venue owner or operator unless the listing says otherwise.

4. Cancellations, No-Shows, and Refunds

Cancellation windows, no-show consequences, deposit retention, and refund terms are set by the venue owner or operator and shown in the listing or related rules. Where local law requires a different outcome than what the listing describes, applicable law prevails.

HustlX does not adjudicate booking disputes between venues and bookers. We may help surface relevant records (booking history, payment references, communication logs) to support both parties.

5. Deposits, Holds, and Damages

Venues may require a deposit, hold, security amount, or damage waiver. Damages, equipment loss, late-stay penalties, and similar charges are determined and collected by the venue owner or operator under the listing's rules and applicable law. HustlX is not responsible for these charges.

6. Facility Rules, Safety, and Conduct

Bookers and participants agree to follow all facility rules posted by the venue, including hours, footwear, equipment, noise, smoking, food and beverage, alcohol, age-restriction, capacity, and safeguarding rules. Venues may refuse entry or end a session for reasonable safety or rule-compliance reasons.

Use of the facility, including warm-ups, drills, scrimmages, and pickup games, is at your own risk. You are responsible for assessing your own fitness and any required medical clearance.

7. Insurance and Liability Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HustlX is not liable for personal injury, illness, property damage, theft, loss, or other harm arising from venue use, facility condition, third-party conduct, or activities organized at a venue. Venue owners, operators, and organizers are responsible for the insurance, permits, certifications, and safety measures applicable to their facilities and activities.

8. Accessibility

Venue owners and operators are responsible for the accessibility features of their facilities. Where accessibility information is available, listings may describe ramps, restrooms, parking, viewing areas, and similar features. HustlX does not warrant the accuracy of these descriptions and encourages bookers to confirm specific accessibility needs directly with the venue.

9. Pickup Slots and Open Sessions

Some listings are open pickup slots where multiple players can join the same session. Participants are responsible for cooperative play, equitable rotation, and any slot-specific rules described in the listing. Organizers and venues may set minimum or maximum participant counts, skill ranges, age ranges, and gender categories.

10. Minors

If a booking, pickup slot, or program involves minors, the booking party is responsible for parental or guardian consent, supervision, and any school, club, or league permissions required.
